The engine had to go for engineering and essentially underwent major repairs, which is obviously a very stressful situation when you rely on your car every day. What really stood out to me was the level of service and genuine care. They even provided me with a loan car completely free of charge for as long as they needed my vehicle. I know very little about the technical side of engines, but not once did I feel talked down to, confused or taken advantage of.
