I contacted them, and from the very first conversation, their response was nothing but helpful, professional and reassuring. They took my car in without hesitation and went above and beyond to assist me. The engine had to go for engineering and essentially underwent major repairs, which is obviously a very stressful situation when you rely on your car every day. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed, explained everything to me properly and made sure I understood what was happening. What really stood out to me was the level of service and genuine care. They even provided me with a loan car completely free of charge for as long as they needed my vehicle. They never made me feel like I was an inconvenience, and I never felt like everything was simply about money. As a woman, I especially want to mention how comfortable and respected they made me feel. I know very little about the technical side of engines, but not once did I feel talked down to, confused or taken advantage of. Everything was explained to me patiently and honestly, and I always felt that they genuinely wanted to help me. Every person I dealt with was friendly, professional and willing to assist. Their kindness, communication and willingness to go the extra mile honestly exceeded my expectations.
