Best Service I’ve Ever Received I honestly cannot recommend Jooste Motors enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought my car from Jooste Motors at the beginning of May, and unfortunately, at the beginning of August, I started experiencing serious problems with the engine. I contacted them, and from the very first conversation, their response was nothing but helpful, professional and reassuring. They took my car in without hesitation and went above and beyond to assist me. The engine had to go for engineering and essentially underwent major repairs, which is obviously a very stressful situation when you rely on your car every day. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed, explained everything to me properly and made sure I understood what was happening. What really stood out to me was the level of service and genuine care. They even provided me with a loan car completely free of charge for as long as they needed my vehicle. They never made me feel like I was an inconvenience, and I never felt like everything was simply about money. As a woman, I especially want to mention how comfortable and respected they made me feel. I know very little about the technical side of engines, but not once did I feel talked down to, confused or taken advantage of. Everything was explained to me patiently and honestly, and I always felt that they genuinely wanted to help me. Every person I dealt with was friendly, professional and willing to assist. Their kindness, communication and willingness to go the extra mile honestly exceeded my expectations. Jooste Motors, thank you! ❤️ You didn't just fix my car — you gave me peace of mind during a very stressful situation. Your actions showed me that customer service is about so much more than simply making a sale or making money. You genuinely care about your customers, and that is something that deserves to be recognised. I have dealt with many businesses over the years, and I can honestly say that this is the best service I have ever received from a motor dealership or any customer service in fact. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism, patience and incredible service. I will recommend Jooste Motors to everyone I know and will definitely be a returning customer. The service and hospitality was very good. Brought my car in and was helped with a reasonable price. Plus they have a workshop and provide service upon your first purchase, they're team is very reliable and has helped to keep my car in excellent working condition for the past year. The service manager named Letitia and staff was very helpful and friendly. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend anyone wanting to buy to check them out.
